This beginner-friendly vinyasa class offers gentle, flowing movement to restore the body and calm the mind.
Through breath and mindful transitions, you'll support the body's natural healing and release built-up tension. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.

Sound Bath
Experience deep rest and renewal as Pogo weaves together tongue drums, singing bowls, a crystal singing pyramid, chimes, rainstick, and voice.
This guided soundscape begins with subtle vibrations and expands into a vast, meditative journey—leaving you relaxed, restored, and more connected to yourself and the rhythms that unite us all.

The Journey, Through Their Eyes
Through an intentional retreat such as this one I was able to transcend my mind for a bit, which is a major win for a heavy thinker such as myself.

A profound thank you to Pogo for the magical sound bath that I truly enjoyed inside and out. Looking forward for more magical times.

Location
Step into the Fort Union Grange, a historic space full of character and stories waiting to be rediscovered. Once a single hall, later expanded with a schoolhouse rolled on logs, it features well-worn fir floors, newly revealed plank walls, and charming vintage details, like faucets that still separate hot and cold water.
The building shows its age in the best ways, offering a rustic, authentic atmosphere, and your visit supports its restoration and future as a vibrant community space.
